Numerous students at the IMC FH Krems are voluntarily involved in the different areas of the students’ union and are personally contributing to improving the students’ lives in Krems.

There are various areas within the students’ union that students from the IMC FH Krems can actively get engaged voluntarily.

Administrator for Economical Affairs
To strengthen our team, we are looking from 01.07.2024 for an administrator for economical affairs

Tasks (extract):
– Responsibility for all economic matters
– Advice and support in applying for funding from the ÖH IMC Krems
– Ongoing control and preparation of bookkeeping and close cooperation with tax consultants and auditors
– Preparation of various economic documents (annual estimate, forms, etc.)

Requirements:
– Ideally active studies at the IMC FH Krems
– Basic understanding of economic processes
– Flexible availability in terms of time and location in Krems
– High motivation and commitment to helping students

Our offer:
– Flexible work schedule & regular meetings
– Varied work & opportunity to implement your own ideas
– In the case of voluntary work, a flat-rate function fee of up to 75 euros per month (based on deputy head of office) is provided.

Administrator for Social Policy
To strengthen our team, we are looking from 01.07.2024 for an administrator for social policy

Tasks (excerpt):
– Advice and support with problems in everyday student life
– Advice on the topics of student grants, self-support grant, family allowance, ÖH insurance, etc.
– Information on local funding opportunities e.g. canteen bonus, social fund, sports funding
– Cooperation with the student chaplaincy, aid organization, etc.

Requirements:
– Ideally active studies at the IMC FH Krems
– Strong empathy for the concerns of students
– Flexible availability in terms of time and location in Krems
– High motivation and commitment to helping students

administrator for education policy

Tasks (excerpt):
– Advice on study and examination regulations, training contracts, etc.
Information on study law matters (HSG 2014, HS-QSG, FHG etc.)
– Inquiries to the Rectorate, the Federal Representation and ministries
– Organization and coordination of appointments for “Studieren probieren”

Requirements:
– Ideally active studies at the IMC FH Krems
– Strong empathy for the concerns of students
– Flexible availability in terms of time and location in Krems
– High motivation and commitment to helping students

head of office and an administrator for international affairs

Tasks (excerpt):
– Advice and support for incoming and outgoing students
– Advice and support for regular international students
– Cooperation with the International Welcome Center (IWC), ESN Krems etc.

Requirements:
– Ideally active studies at the IMC FH Krems
– Strong empathy for the concerns of students
– Flexible availability in terms of time and location in Krems
– High motivation and commitment to students

Our offer:
– Flexible work schedule & regular meetings
– Varied work & opportunity to implement your own ideas
– In the case of voluntary work, a flat-rate function fee of up to 110 euros per month (based on head of office) is provided.

Tasks (excerpt):
– Supervision of all communication channels (e.g. eDesktop, Facebook, Instagram, website)
– Designing, creating and updating information materials and promotional items
– Advice on information events at IMC FH Krems (e.g. Openhouse, Info Days)
– Organization of events and promotions (e.g. punch reception, sports day, Advent calendar)

– Strong empathy for the concerns of students
– Flexible availability in terms of time and location in Krems
– High motivation and commitment to helping students
